June 27th Event

A great big thank you to all of the vendors who came out & participated in this event.

We were so disappointed in the turn out of shoppers. We listed this event on the cable channel, The City of Mebane's website, The Times-News, The Mebane Enterprise, we handed out over 500 fliers to daycares, and throughout Mebane businesses, and sent around an email to be forwarded to everyone we could, and we had a sign in front of the school. We don't know why hardly anyone came out to shop. Even our bake sale and hot dog lunch did not do well, and they usually bring us lots of crowd.

After talking to several vendors we have decided it must have been the heat. Most of you felt it would be better to do this in the fall. Please bare with us as we figure this out. We will possibly do this again in the fall and if you paid for space and set up with us on the 27th of June, you will receive an awesome discount on your space in the fall if you choose to set up with us again. We will be sending a letter out to all of the vendors who participated.
