Rental of Building

Please.... before you call or email us, read the general Guidelines, fee schedule, rules, regulations, and how to contact us thoroughly.

The Woodlawn Community Center is owned by the Woodlawn Community and not any single person or family, it is run completely by volunteers, and there is no one at the community center on a daily basis. Please respect that the people who help run the building have regular jobs, and families, and do not call on weekends or holidays or before or after regular business hours during the week.

If you would like to see the inside of the building before deciding whether it is the right venue for your event , appointments can be made to see the inside the building. Please contact us to do so.

Phone calls outside regular business hours M-F 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. will not be answered unless you are currently occupying the building and are in need of immediate assistance.

Please allow up to 48 - 72 hours for phone calls and emails to be answered. We strive to return phone calls and emails within 24 - 48 hours but sometimes it may take up to 72 hours.

No More Second Saturday Markets

The Woodlawn Monthly Market has been canceled due to not enough interest from the public, or vendors. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you. We truly felt this would be a unique opportunity for the community and surrounding areas to buy locally made items, and produce. However there was not enough shopping public to support the vendors who came out, which led to not enough vendors for the shopping public. If you found a vendor you particularly liked and would like to shop with them please let us know and we will let you know where you can find them if we know.

Thank you to all of you who came out and supported our local talent, and thank you to the vendors who really tried to help make the market another great venue for artists & crafters alike to sell their products to the local citizens of Alamance County.
